- Yes. Zorcha’s Free plan includes unlimited Instagram automations, automated DMs, and saved contacts. It also includes Ask for Follow, a basic DM queue, and basic analytics. AI replies have a separate credit allowance, and advanced features depend on your plan.
- Zorcha’s Free plan does not cap the number of automations you create, automated DMs you send, or contacts you save. Unlimited does not mean every message can be sent at once: Instagram’s sending limits and messaging rules still apply. The basic DM queue spaces out delivery when sending limits are reached.
- Connect your Instagram account to Zorcha and create a Comment to DM automation. Choose the post or Reel, set the comment keywords that should trigger it, and write the DM you want to send. You can use it to share a product link, a discount code, or a free resource when someone comments with the matching keyword.
- Yes. Connect an Instagram professional account—Business or Creator—to use Zorcha’s DM automation. If you use a Personal account, switch it to Business or Creator first. Complete the connection and grant the requested messaging permissions so Zorcha can run your automations.
- Yes. Ask for Follow is included in Zorcha’s Free plan. Add it to your automation to prompt people to follow your Instagram account before receiving the resource. This lets you build a follow-first journey for guides, downloads, and other links you share through DMs.
- The Free plan includes a basic DM queue. When comment volume reaches Instagram’s sending limits, Zorcha queues messages and spaces out delivery instead of trying to send everything at once. Delivery still depends on Instagram’s messaging rules and your account connection, so queued messages may not arrive immediately.
- Yes. The Free plan includes AI FAQ with up to 20 FAQs and 15,000 AI credits. Add your questions and answers so Zorcha can respond to common questions in DMs. AI replies use credits; unlimited automated DMs does not mean unlimited AI replies. Compare plans for higher FAQ limits and AI credit allowances.
- Zorcha’s Free plan includes basic analytics. Use the dashboard to review automation activity, DMs sent, message opens, and link clicks. These results help you see which posts and resources encourage people to engage and where to improve your messages.
