Common Issues and ErrorsGeneral

Hey 👋

Seeing an error like this? 👇

Don’t worry—it’s temporary, and we’ve got your back.

In this article, we’ll explain why this error happens and share simple steps you can take to avoid it in the future while using Zorcha’s public reply (commenting) feature.

💡 What’s Going On?

Instagram enforces rate limits on how many public replies (i.e., comments) a profile can send in a short period. These limits aren’t publicly disclosed, but here’s what we know:

If your account exceeds this hidden limit, Instagram may temporarily block your ability to comment.

The block usually lasts between 3 to 7 days, after which things return to normal.

This is more likely to happen if the same comment is being sent repeatedly across many posts or reels.

✅ How to Prevent This From Happening

To stay safe while using Zorcha’s public reply automation, follow these best practices:

Pause Public Replies Temporarily

If you've already been rate-limited, hold off on using public replies for a few days.

Limit Use of Public Replies

Use comment replies only in select automations, not everywhere.

Add Variety to Your Responses

When setting up public replies, always include 3–5 different versions of the comment. This adds randomness and reduces detection.

Vary Comments Across Automations

Avoid copy-pasting the same reply in multiple automations. Keep each set of replies unique.

Watch Out for Viral Reels

If one of your reels is gaining traction (500+ comments quickly), consider temporarily disabling public replies for that post to avoid hitting Instagram’s limit.

🙌 Stay Compliant, Stay Visible

Following the above tips will greatly reduce the chances of facing a temporary comment block from Instagram. And remember—if you ever get stuck, we’re here to help.
